Finnish progressive/metal outfit Circle of Contempt have signed a worldwide deal with Sumerian Records. Formed in 2006 originally under the moniker Thrust Moment; these Pori, Finland metalers; Riku Haavisto, Risto-Matti Toivonen, Markus Karhumäki and JP Kaukonen got together and combined their intense passion for powerful progressive metal into one unstoppable unit.
After the Recent addition of Joni Kosonen this now 5 piece progressive Finnish assault has a intense touring schedule ahead!
Their debut album Artifacts In Motion is in stores now!
Guitarist Risto-Matti Toivonen states, "We are extremely honored to have this great opportunity to join Sumerian Records. Some of our favorite bands such as The Faceless and Born of Osiris belong to the Sumerian family, so for obvious reasons this is a dream come true. Being a new band from Finland, we would have never imagined we would have the great opportunity in signing to such a heavy hitting American label.
